Once your booking is confirmed, we'll ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire about your pet, family dynamics, location preferences, and desired props to optimize your photoshoot.

PLANNING
To reflect your family's personality and ensure your dog's comfort, we'll jointly choose a location and require a 50% retainer to secure your service, solidifying our dedication to crafting something unique together.

Experience
The entire experience centers on creating a fun, playful, and memorable photoshoot that captures your pet's natural charm and the warmth of your family, ensuring a relaxed and safe environment for everyone involved.

Within 2-3 weeks of the photo shoot, you'll receive a polished gallery of high-quality edited images from which you can select your favourites.

What if my dog can't be off-leash?
No problem at all! I understand that not all dogs can or should be off-leash. I can work with leashed dogs and still capture beautiful, natural photos. Additionally, in many cases, leashes can be removed post-production. Your dog's safety is my top priority, and I ensure to get great shots without compromising that.
My pet is very active. Will this be a problem?
Not at all! Active pets often make for the most entertaining and endearing photos. I have rich experience in working with all sorts of temperaments and energy levels. Hence, I'll work with your pet's natural behavior to create stunning images.
How should I prepare my pet for the shoot?
Ensure your pet is well-rested and well-fed before the photoshoot. Consider bringing their favorite toys or treats to keep them engaged. If your pet is easily anxious or excited, spending some time in the shooting location beforehand could be helpful to help them acclimate. Ohh, and remember the potty break!
Can you accommodate special needs or elderly pets?
Absolutely! I have rich experience in working with pets of all ages and abilities. I'll take the time to understand your pet's unique needs and adjust our approach accordingly to make sure it's a comfortable and successful photoshoot.
Do you travel within Canada & US for sessions?
Yes, I periodically travel within Canada and US to offer sessions. To stay updated on my travel schedule and availability, please subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on our social media platforms.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask you to give me at least 48 hours notice. Please contact me directly for more information on our cancellation policy.
Can you photograph cats, reptiles, or other animals?
Although the majority of my clients are dogs and people, I am happy to conduct photoshoots for cats, reptiles, and other animals too. Please don't hesitate to contact me with your specific needs.
Can I bring my own props to the photoshoot?
We have a wide range of props available for studio sessions to suit various themes and preferences. Despite our extensive collection, you're absolutely welcome to bring your own props to make your photoshoot even more personal and special.
How do you ensure the safety of pets during photoshoots?
For outdoor sessions, we prioritize the dog's comfort by never asking them to perform uncomfortable actions, always interpreting their body language and cues to conduct the session safely. In the studio, safety is ensured with professional wireless strobes to prevent accidents, using seamless paper backgrounds that are disposed of after each client, and securely fastening our light stands, among other precautions, to create a secure environment for your pet.
